What is your shipping policy for fragile items?
We take extra care in packaging our ceramics and glassware. All fragile items are insured and shipped via carbon-neutral carriers within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Are your products ethically sourced?
Yes, we prioritize partnerships with independent artisans and manufacturers who prioritize sustainable materials and fair labor practices.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order begins processing in our warehouse and cannot be changed.
