At The Post Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home goods; if an item doesn't feel right in your space, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package the items in their original boxes with protective padding to ensure they arrive back to our studio safely and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
